what rp does i need to get the car to start? i cant start and im thinking about my injectors cause sometime on idle its only 5 that fires. . but i dont know and have no gauges. . how to find my problem then? please help 108. 000miles and i know they didnt have good fuel frome where i bought it. . never seen a fuelfilter that dirty... hope i knowed better before. i was with a dealer that have starscanner and he told me that injector are bad because he could se that its trying to correct pressure on cylinder 1. . but what i know the scanner cant read injectors so what was he talking about then? i saw with my own eyes that something was diffrent with one of them but was it the injector or from the pump from the rail or????????????????????????????????????

Guys, when your rail pressure drops, do you EGT climb fast? I just changed my filter hoping that that was the simple solution, but I'm not that lucky. I've got codes for low rail pressure and a code for low supply pressure. When I get on the throtle a little, it bogs down and the EGT's go up to 1200(pre turbo). My cruising temps are about 150-200 degrees higher. I assume that the egt's are up due to the fuel not atomizing properly. Would an injector stuck open cause the low rail pressures and high egt's? if it is, this could be damaging a cylinder.

What we need is a sticky for nothing but fuel system test for our CR motors, I think this could help our members SERIOUSLY, it would help alot of people on troubleshooting the CR fuel setup.

This bears repeating! Add to this sticky what you would expect to see for normal rail pressures under various conditions. (Geno's may even sell a few RP gages as a result) ;)
