You are not going to like this. I had same problem with my 92. I went through 18 TPS in 30 months. Even the dealer was getting frustrated. We had a ritual going when it acted up I would come in, he would download the error, order new part, and replace it the next week. Well after a recorded error fault I had the battery die and replaced it; error codes were erased. With a bad TPS it should had thrown the error code out again it didn't. We found the problem finally at that time; it was the voltage going to TPS. The voltage is only like 1. 5-2 volts and is dropped from 12volts at the CPU so they replaced CPU and never had a problem again. This all started at about 12k and lasted to 35k so it was all under warranty.
In my opinon I would reset the error codes and find out if the TPS sends another error code right away if it doesn't then I bet you have a voltage problem also.
