The service manager called first thing this morning, and apologized and asked me to swing by as soon as possible to pick up my refund. I had a brief conversation with him about the entire process and he acknowledged they handled it poorly. So I will let it go. I damn sure won't take even my wheelbarrow there for service. I am also glad to have my truck back in comission.
Last week was tough on vehicles around here. My wiffe ran her brand new suburban out of gas in the garage
, and my truck was down so she had to borrow grandmas car one day. (I drive a company truck). Sucks to have 60-70K worth of vehicles sitting and have nothing to drive!!!!!
