Archived Help!! Need a good diesel repair shop in Albuquerque,NM

One of my friends needs an injector replaced on his F-250. Does anyone know of a good diesel shop in/around Albuquerque/NM? He would like to get it replaced ASAP!! Thanks for your help.

rich ford has good ford mechanics and stock a huge selection of parts. they also work with two good injection rebuilders.

Are you sure it is the injector, not the valve cover gasket (this is presuming it is a Power Stroke, not an IDI)?

Lots of things can go wrong between the ICM and the injector. Hate to see someone dump $500 or more just to find out a $35 part failed.

The guys at Rich are pretty good with troubleshooting and reasonably honest with the repairs. I have delt with them for a bunch of years on the Power Strokes.
