Help-need To Access Horn Connector

I'm trying to wire in an extra horn on my new 2008 2500 4x4 RAM DIESEL. I did this on my old 2002 and 2004 1/2. I have not been able to locate the horn on my 2008 to get to the wiring. I tried to remove the headlight, without success. Also tried to remove the fluid tank as recommended by my dealer without success. PLEASE HELP.

I just had another idea. If I could get to the horn relay or the horn fuse, I could probably pick up the connection there. The fuse layout in the owners manual does not mention either one. Any ideas?
