Help needed truck wont start

Truck took a dump last week ,Dealer installed new lift pump. Got truck back now broke down again, same symptoms no fuel or intermittent fuel. Dealer replaced pcm 3 times , Still no start. The only thing i have on it is a smart controller. Really need help here I am going to lose my business if i cant get this figured out this week. I appreciate any and all comments.

You didn't say where the no fuel/intermittent is. Is fuel getting to the lift pump? You could have some kind of blockage in the tank to pump fuel line. If it's making it to the lift pump, is there pressure on the output. A new lift pump doesn't mean it's working. If you are getting fuel to the lift pump and want to test it, open the water drain valve on the fuel filter, turn the key on and it should spray out the drain line (this will leave a mess so put something down there to catch the fuel). From there, it has to be the VP44 for fuel delivey to the injectors.

sorry I am getting intermittent fuel to the filter and I also checked the schraeder valve below the VP and same thing there ,sometimes alot and sometimes none

Sounds like the fuel line is stopped with a partial blockage or the lift pump is dead or the ECM signal controlling the lift pump is intermittent. If it is the ECM signal, there could be a wiring problem from the ECM to the pump. If the pump is running, I would suspect some kind of blockage unless you got a bad replacement lift pump.
