Help, new car for wife.
J Smith
Okay, here it is, this is B Wellwood, and my input is . . . WHAT DOES SHE WANT! ASK HER!!! We've had a Toyota that has been a great car. I've got 207,000 miles on it and have never had a problem. Nothing fails or breaks, it's a great car. And you know who will tell you that I never do anything to take care of it (He's kinda right). And, in ten years when it's in need of a new engine, you can pick one up for $300. 00. We have one picked up for me sitting in the garage on an engine stand waiting for mine to die, but it just won't die. Now, the Volvo. I've looked at them and LOVE them. It just looks like a really classy car. Only problem, it's expensive to get parts and fix. We had an older model some years ago so as we were repairing, it was very expensive! But, if money was no object when you're doing the repairs . . . then the Volvo's are great. Of course if money is no object . . . The BMW's are REALLY nice. C'mon J Smith just take her down and get her what she wants. When you get that big promotion (lol) then you can get your 2010 x-tra cab Dodge with a flux capacitor, because that's when that promotion is coming!
All in all, you can't go wrong with any Toyota product. Everyplace we've gone in for service, the dealers have been great. PW says to forget the VW. They have been classified as a libber car, and you're definately no libber! DC has had all kinds of trouble with his. Smith, forget the VW. Talked enough, just go get her one. By the time we can afford one, the flux capacitor will be obsolete. PW :-laf
