Help!!! NV 4500 Transmission

I did nv4500 conversion on my 1993 D350... seal in tail houseing leaks when truck is driven . . have changed seal 5 times . . checked vent for blockage. . is clear . . I am useing GM synthetic gear oil 1 gt. overfull have taken it in to those those who did the install 5 times now . . they have changed tail houseing, bushings, seals ... 2 days later it starts leaking agian. . transmission now has 12 k on it ... any Ideas????????????????

Only thing I can thnk of is an an out-of-roundness of the shaft where the driveshaft goes in but then you'd feel that I think...

Maybe the fluid?? I thought Syntorq was the only approved fluid for the NV4500?

Check your dive shaft length. When I did my conversion, mine destroyed the seal in less than a week. I took it to a drive line shop and the first thing he looked at was how much yoke was sticking out of the transmission. He shortened my drive shaft, I replaced the seal, and all is well 100K miles later.
