HELP! Oil in exhaust after injector change.

I just replaced all 6 injectors on my '03. The job went very well I started my truck and it ran a little rough I checked for leaks and then noticed oil and diesel coming out of my exhaust. quite a bit of oil I shut the truck off and now I need to know what could have went wrong.

My thougth is a bad o-ring on an injector or is something else possible.

Does it smoke white real bad? I rebuilt an 03 engine and after starting it we had smoke and fuel everywhere. Ran about 2 gallon of fuel out the tailpipe! I had let it run for about 5-10min. We still don't know where it came from cuz after letting it sit for about 15 or 20 minits and restarting it cleared itself. Runs good to this day.

yeah there was a lot of white smoke.

I believe after looking at the puddle this morning that it is not oil but sewt from the exhaust system that was washed out by fuel from an unfiring cylinder. I guese I need to figure out which cylinder is not firing.
