Help on getting a voice activated phone

OK - my hearing isn't really the way it used to be... . way way to many major explosions and extensive weapon firing - with obviously no hearing protection... I even have a difficult time with my normal cell phone now they are requiring hands free in Wa next year. I've tried several and they are not for me... .



Now what is available from the aftermarket for a new radio system - maybe GPS -- whatever that can be retrofitted.....

I am in WA. and I think the hands free starts July, In six days. I have an after market Kenwood that has a Bluetooth option that turns down the radio and puts the call through your radio speakers. I am sure that other brand receivers offer this too.
