help on wiring fuel pressure guage lights

What color wire are you guy's using to tap into for lights on any gauge you are using? Installed fuel pressure guage and would make it easier if someone could help me out here. Was going to probe with amp guage with lights on but thought this would be easier. Also question about PSI out of LP. When idling I have 12psi and when going down the highway I have 10psi. Is this O. K? Tryed to get all of the air out of the line but know there has to be some left. Guage is a Di-Pricol 0-30psi with isolator. Thanks David

If you get a fuse tap, tap number 5 on the in-cab fuse panel, that is the "dimmer" for your dash lights, good luck. Your pressures look ok.
