I came out of work on Friday and noticed a good sized puddle of diesel under my truck. The fluid had a green color to it so I tested it, sniff test, to make sure it wasn't coolant. Sure enough it is diesel. I checked all the fittings and they feel snug. When I start it up, fuel is dripping from the pulley shaft area. I wiped everything down had my wife start it so I can inspect and I can't find fuel dripping from anywhere else. Do I have a bad RASP? Is there a fitting that needs to be tightened? I also have had problems with fuel pressure. At idle ~ 10-12. WOT 8. I put a new lift pump on it before I move to COS. Any thoughts?

Lucky for you it has a 5 year warranty if something is wrong. Give DTT a call is all I can say.

As far as pressures... put a shim or two in the relief valve to bump your pressure up some. I played with this for a couple hours till I found what I was looking for... . 13. 5 - 13. 8 at idle & 14. 8-15. 2 at cruise.

it's the front shaft seal, DTT will ship you a new one, with a new dust cover, make sure the belt is lose, like 1" deflection,..... Bill can help you on that one

Thank you Scott and Double J. I am going to call DTT right now and get another pump coming my way. Thank you for the help.

So how did the pump seal change go? I'm doing one myself and everything was going fine until it came time to pull the old seal housing out. What a pain. :{ After removing the retaining clip I figured I could pull it right out, not the case. There's know way to press it out from the inside and I'm at the point now where I'm just chewing the seal housing up just to loosen the "press effect" of the housing in the pump. Has any had a better approach to pulling these out?
