Help! Reupholsetring in leather!

I figured out to put the headrests in garbage bags and shrink them down with a vacuum cleaner, but the bottom snaps keep popping loose. And how does the frame come off the center console cover???

Try a blind stitch on the head rest under the snaps, use a new or very sharp tri point curved needle and it will go well. Dull needles suck.
