Archived help superchip/will not start

I was trying to change from performance to tow haul and now it will not start. It keeps giving these codes/directions

1 Locked recovery mode press next

2 turn ignition on

3 erasing current program

4 programming file 1

5 retrying programming session

Keeps doing this over and over again and truck will not start. is there a way to reset the ecm or something i am not at all satisfied with superchips right now. any help greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

Did you try completely removing the superchips and returning to stock? It sounds like the superchip is having "issues". Can you even get it to load the stock program back in?

no what i described in the thread is absolutely all it will do. i undid battery cables last night and am gonna try hooking them up tonight when i get home and see if it does any different tonight

had to send ecm to superchips needless to say flashpaq will be sent back where it came from

Put some dieelctric grease on your connectors push them in and out a couple times and try it again.
