My truck has been hard starting now for about two weeks. Its only hard starting when its above 59 degrees. Tonight every thing changed now my truck has a mind of its own.

First the power door locks and widows stop working you could open them with the remote now that won't even work.

Second the rear dome light will now come on but the front two do now I can get the rear one to come one if I wiggle the wiring harness to the computer looking thing under the dash behind the e brake pedal.

Third the seat belt light stays on now all the time and the seat belts will not pull out of the seat they act like something has them looked in place.

the truck will start and seems to run OK but I am worried that it might change it's mind and stop running. I do have a post on the 911 but I thought I would try here too.

If there is any thing any one can think of please let me know I will try it my truck is my only wheels around town.

Thanks

Matt

First pull the codes off the odometer.

Second,disconnect the batteries overnight.

See what happens. You have a short somewhere, too.

Last, use the search forums program to see if you can find a thread with similar symptoms.

Follow that harness you wiggled under the dash to a plug. Unplug it and plug it back in. Sometimes there is a bad connection due to oxidation on the pins and unplugging and plugging back in will help clean them to make a better connection.
