2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission help with 03-04 power tow mirrors on 02

OK guys i need some help finding a spring or (ring clamp) not sure of the right name. But it holds the mirror and mounting bracket together here is a picture thanks Olee.

I might have one laying around. I heard you could buy them from Dodge, but not sure.

I have tired they want to sell the whole mirror. I need 8 of them if i can get them
