Help with belt chirp sometimes

My 2004 belt has always chirped at shutdown. I can live with that. The problem is that sometimes it squeaks constantly when running. The belt is not shredded. If I shut the truck down several times in a row, I can get the belt to stop squeaking. It seems like if the pulleys are rotated in a certain pattern, it squeaks. Please help,

The belt chirp can be addressed with TSB 09-004-06. Do you know which pulley is causing the squeak?
