If I'm looking at the correct manual, there are two sets of pins, one set on the
left and one set on the right. I don't know how you know which side is left
and which side is right, it is not clear from looking at the picture.
The pins on the left side are for storing the jumpers and are not used for
power setting.
There are three sets of pins on the right side to set the power level:
Power Level 1 is no jumpers, ::: = 40 HP
Power Level 2 is one jumper on the far right, ::I = 50 HP
Power Level 3 is one jumper in the middle, :I: = 60 HP (default setting)
Power Level 4 is two jumpers, one in the middle, one on the right, :II = 70 HP
Power Level 0 is two jumpers, on on the left, one in the middle, II: = your truck won't run, anti-theft setting.
