Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Help with keyway no.

Need help. Have a friend that just changed out his VP and screwed up his keyway. The keyway number is 046. Local Dodge dealer has new keyways but have something like 21 different ones. The parts guy says that the 3 digit number isn't something he can match up??????? Is there somewhere I can get a cross reference to the numbers Dodge uses from the 046 number, I'd assume its a 5xxxxxxxx. Any help will be appreciated as this kid needs help.

Thanks Jack, thats who I told him to go to but... ..... I was going to have him call Blue Chip even though he didn't buy from him as a last resort. Whoever he bought from is only a middle man and they don't know much.

He's already got the messed up key out and knows its a 046, but dealer needs "dodge" number. He said the key out of old pump looks the same but since this is all being done over phone, he's 100 miles away, I told him not to use it as its an 036. Thats not the same. I just talked to him and told him to call BlueChip to see if they could help. Thanks for the suggestion. Will keep you guys updated.
