Competition PIR July 30th What time are the diesel drags

I am building up a 1998 2500 12v auto.

I have a full billet Suncoast transmission already installed but that is all.

My plan is:

II SPS 62 or 64

DDP Stage 3 or 4 injectors.

191 or lazer cut delivery valves

4" exhaust

AFE stage 2 proguard 7 filter

4000 gsk

60# valve springs

AFC spring kit

#4 plate

Boost and post turbo gauges



What do you think? I am looking for around 500 hp daily driving stop and go traffic.

Any suggestions or alternatives.

I tried to reach Brady at II but, have'nt recieved a return call yet.

I also emailed Budda a few days ago and have'nt heard from them either.



I've never had such a problem trying to spend money.

read my sig i haven't dynoed yet with injector and dv's but I guarantee its 500 if not more but ring and stud head while your at it.
 
How big of injector are you running KingS?? Have you had any pump work? Unless your running a big injector 5 x16 or had some pump work done I don't think you have the 500HP mark. Jeff95 I would suggest at least the 64 probably. You can PM me you have anymore questions.
 
I have 5 holes at 16 plus equavlent to the laser cut you guys by plus the dv holders are punch out bigger to instead of the stock about 20 size hole they come with same injector and dv's on a 94 with 160 pump and super b turbo zero plate 4gsk and that truck is 500 hp almost 1300 ftlbs I seen it dyno that is why I know mine is 500 if not more. plus I know for sure in a month or so when I dyno it again.
 
if your talking about the 94 just ask any one that has been at the diesel drags every other friday at US 131 motorpark in Martin Michigan. and if you are talking about my truck I will show the information once I have the head back and the turbo I have to order because I took out both after putting new injectors and dv's on the stock charger don't like 55+ boost and neither does stock headgasket and reused head bolts thanks to the dealer for that one.
 
if it's a daily driver don't waste your money on a 4gsk all you need is a 3gsk, then you won't need the valve springs. don't bother with the afc spring or #4 plate just grind the stock plate flat. deffinately go with laser cut dv's and get the sps64, the 62 is awsome but gets a little hot at full throttle. go with the bigger injectors.
 
If twins are not in the future plans the 62 is to small, IMO! I would also say go with the stage 4 injectors and stick with the stock 181 d. v. 's for now, they are plenty big and for daily driving and allow for much more smoke control then larger ones! On the gov. springs your choice, put the 4k in with H. D. springs and you know your good, I'd reccommend the springs either way so if you dont want 4k just dont rev it that high.
