What is the going price (good price) for a set of Black, Powder Coated Nerf bars?

Sixpac

I picked my Westins up for $289 installed in August '01... I'd love to have been able to find a deal like the one above. A word of caution on them though... stone chips that compromise the powdercoat can/will cause rust. I use semi-gloss Krylon to cover these up.

I'm very happy with them so far, however my g/f wants me to get the Kodiak sidewinders so she doesn't have as hard a time getting in. Mine tuck up right under the pinch weld.

Speaking of which, I also read in an offroad rag that Westin has a retractable step bar which is similar in operation to the Kodiak sidewinders, but it's longer so both front and rear passengers can use it. Seems like a better set up for a QuadCab. Does anyone have any info on those?

Thanks in advance.
