Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Help with quadzilla problem!!

O. K. here's the deal. I bought a Quadzilla XZT+ from a dealer on ebay. Installed it and love it. Problem is I am unable to update it. It keeps disconnecting from my computer. I've tried my laptop and computers at work and get the same results. The L. E. D. inside just flashes. I've been contacting Jeremy @ quadzilla via email and he says the light should be on constant and he is stumped. I do have the latest software from Quadzilla for windows vista. Anyone ever have this problem or any ideas? I would love to have a few more features plus the aggresive tunes.

Quadzilla XZT+

I had problems updating mine and had e-mailed Jeremy at Quadzilla 3-4 times.

He walked me through my computer set-up and it still couldn't find the module to update the box. He then told me that they had problems with some computers and not others. My son and daughter-in-law have 4 computers, one finally was able to find the module and up date it.

Keep trying it is a neat feature to have, there are some software issues to overcome.
