forget KatDiesel, he doesn't have SPA gauges. He went with the AutoMeter gauges but I'm sure that wouldn't stop him from weighing in on something he doesn't have. LOL. Sorry, Kat, just had to say that.

<font color=blue>He emailed me last night and I told him I didn't know what to tell him because I don't have the SPA gauges. The digital gauges just ain't "me", very happy with my Autometers.

My SPA boost sensor came with a yellow line on it, the connector had the line on it also. And the little rubber seal thing that was supposed to go between them, but I lost, had the yellow line. I am guessing that there is no yellow line on yours. Try removing the sensor and looking at the sizes of the posts that fit into the connector, I believe they were different enough to tell which way it goes on. Good luck.

I figured it out, no yellow line on my sensor, checked voltages and grounds and a little hlp from Rons pictures, i got the problem solved, and a little help from TXram old post, it is a new connector and its orientation is 180 degrees different than the book, it looks like a Hirschmann branded plug, figures it was German... ... ... ... .
maybe DC owns Hirschmann... ... ... ... ... ... ...
wouldn't doubt it... ... .
Tahnks for all the help guys

Brandon,
you may want to also use a dab of dielectric grease on the sensor connections to assure good contact. I found that my sensors had corrosponding blue dots on the plug connector and body for alignment but I still managed to get in a hurry and plug one in wrong, this is when I learned Radio Shack has the right fuses for the SPA's #ad

If you also have the EGT gauge and want a larger thermocouple they will offer one soon that already has the right plug on it. I'm in line for one as the hole for my old TC was 1/4" and I have to use a bushing to run the small one.
