Help with stacking boxes

Ok guys I have a truck I am setting up a 2002 CTD for a friend and he wants to stack a FMS with an EZ. When stacking boxes does it matter which box is plugged into the MAP first (example EZ into MAP and FMS into EZ)? If so which one should be attached to the MAP?
