help with trouble code on jeep

My father has a 1999 Grand Cherokee with a trouble code of P1494. I have a xray scanner to pull and erase the code. P1494 is EVAP leak detection pump pressure switch. What is the fix for this code any suggestions on what to look for? Thanks in advance for any info.
