Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) HELP! with Turbo Install

I'm right in the middle of trying to do this turbo install and, as always, I'm running into some issues. First off, am I missing something or am I going to have to unscrew and turn the intake side of the turbo so that everything lines up, i. e. , the intercooler hose and the oil in and out lines? As you can see in picture 1, everything appears to be off. Next, with regards to the bolts on the exhaust manifold, two are part of the manifold and two came off with the old turbo. The problem is is that the ones on the old turbo seem to be threaded on both ends, whereas the new turbo does not have threads on the flange (see pics 2 & 3). What am I missing?

You can "clock" the turbo by loosening the bolts and turning the housing until it lines up where you want it to.

Put it on and use nuts and washers on thhe studs and put bolts through the other 2. Clock like he said.

You will have to get 2 bolts for the top 2 holes in the manifold. 10mm 1. 50 Who's turbo is thats?
