help with which transmission

i have an 05 with a 48re transmission. i currently have added a industrial injection 62/12 turbo,volant intake,mrbp exaust,edge hot juice and bully dog crazy larry. so its time to upgrade my transmission. in the future i want to add a new intercooler,an axaust manifold,fass system and water meth injection. i need advice in the transmission dept. do i just add a torque converter or do a full billet rans. how much are these choices installed. i have up to 7 grand but don't want to buy something i don't need. thanks for the advice

I would talk to Dave Goerend. www.goerend.com. WIth a 62/12 and you planning on going bigger I would seriously consider billet shafts, at least the input. Talk to Dave he is working on some new products that hopefully are a little less coin, not quite as strong, but targeted at the guy who wants a little more HP.

consider suncoast and there swap with the six speed allison i am not sure if it is for sale yet but i know they were doing some testing about three weeks ago when i talked to them, i would give them a call and talk to them
