Hey guys, my 95 ctd 4x4 has low fuel pressure. at idle its about 5 and at 2000 its about 15 psi. I just replaced the lift pump, which helped but it is still low. I also changed a rubber feed hose from the tank to the fuel heater. Is there any other kind of restrictions or filters that could be the reason for the low fuel pressure? Is there a screen or some sort of filter in the fuel heater? Also, will it hurt the truck to drive it like this untill I get the problem solved? Thanks, Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.

Yes there is screen in the fuel heater it is known as the pre-filter.

Have you changed your fuel filter?

It could be your overflow valve! Do fuel pressure test again but this time squeeze the rubber part of return fuel line. If pressure goes up it is your overflow valve if doesn't or slow to go up it is your lift pump (but since you got a new one I doubt it is your lift pump).
