You post just like you did here. Go to the forum that you want to post in and click on the "New Thread" button at the top or bottom of the thread listing. Keep in mind that the FAQ forums are moderated forums so if you post in there it has to be approved. The 6. 7L engine forum would be where you'd want to post your question.
