I need help with a couple of problems. First my left miror heater doesn't work. Looked at fuses. But they look good. I don't no what else to look for. The other problem that I have is the horn doesn't work. Check plugends and fuses. What else should I look for. Any help would be great.

The heater element may be bad,I had to have one replaced on my '99. As far as the horn goes,did you check the ground?
