Just state location of the dealer with name ommited, its a "slander" thing and you cannot slander without a name.

My take.

I don't think that these companies are too wise to be doing this. So, you sue the guy into bankruptcy. Wow. Aren't you tough. Meanwhile, every other customer that you had is walking out the door and probably won't come back.

Since when can we not "describe" a first hand experience with a dealership (name included) or product?!?! I put my life on the line everyday for the constitution and by god there had better be freedom of speech. Inciting a riot and plotting to overthrow the businesses thru violence--no, of course not. But to describe an experience and have (and express) an opinion about policy/product/service is a right. Not a priviledge, to only be had and talked about if you express positives.

Geez, these are probably the same people who wonder why the Better Business Bureau lists them as poor and are looking for ways to sue them for it too... . just plain sad.
