It dosen't matter if its 330lbs. or 10,000lbs. the auto is enemic, weak, underbulit, power sucking over engineered piece of cattle dung. Its not just DC's auto either. The allmighty Allison will not hold up either. Bill K. this is good for you and there is nothing wrong with that. You are making a bad thing better. Like I have said before if you carry more than a clipboard get the stick.

SD-455 any time my vehicle takes a dump it makes for a bad day, how bad depends on the mood I'm in. I was't that upset with my auto as I knew it was the weakest link in the chain, just thought that that it would of lasted over the 100,000 mark. I have had bad "CAR KARMA" with all the autos I have owned. So I quess it is my fault for thinking I would have decent luck with my 99's auto. Never turned the ponies up on auto(but god knows it needed it). I won't bomb the 2001. 5 it seems to have all the nuts I need for the job I need it to do. Even if I have to put a clutch in at the milage my auto lasted , I could live with that, so could my wallet. My wife said the samething about my luck with autos(personality combos). I agree autos and I don't get along. I did take better than good care of it maintainence wise tho. I have never had a bit of problems with any of the sticks or clutchs I have ever owned. I guess I have a gearhead personality. #ad
Hopefully this answers your questions.
