yep, i knew cooker and illflem would look.

while replacing my rotors... (no, not another rotor question... i would just as soon see midnight express again)... ..... i noticed my port side brake line was rubbed by something... and was almost worn through. i assumed by turning the tire it was rubbing on the bottom side of the big channel that runs for/aft... . wrong!!!... it was the frappin tire!! rubbing my brake line. what a design. dodge.

check your brake lines for wear... ... ...

If the neat little 180* metal bracket that DC put on that line gets bent down, it causes the tire to rub the line when turning. Happened to me too. I would recommend going to stainless braided lines - the cost for both lines is not much more than buying a stock replacement from the stealer... ...

i replaced line with the braided line. it has a different position where it hooks up dosent rub anymore, left side is ok so far. bill

I haven't noticed any sign of this yet, but I will remember to check periodically now that it has been brought to my attention.

Did I get caught looking? :) :D ;)

Thanks,

Ryan

spacer between wheel and caliper

Some of the Pickups had a problem pulling to the left or right. Dodges fix to correct the dyanamics of the front end was a spacer between the wheel and caliper. they had a service bulleton outlining this when the mechanic could find no other fix.
