Odometer rolled over 100,000 miles today. Stopped and took a picture for an upcoming article. Now my warranty is officially 100% over. It drives better than when I bought it, it's just broken in :D . Actual mileage is ~108,000 due to my oversized tires. Here's to another great 100,000 (goal is 500,000).

Good job Steve!!

And my called my crazy for doing the same thing. I just happened to look down when I pulled in the driveway and saw 150,000. Guess I need to send Rob and crew a picture so I can get my tag. :) Oo.

Just missed out.

Whoever buys my old one won't have far to go. Traded it tonight with 95,500. It's a joy to drive a truck that goes the direction it's pointed (the new one). Got back from a trip to the Ozarks this last weekend and couldn't take it anymore. Hands and arms hurt from holding it in the lane. Getting too old (me).

I'm thinking the 3/4 tons have better history in this regard (steering and brake issues). Now I have a 3/4. Sold the massive fiver so don't need the duals.

Hey Steve, looks like you're running the 180 t'stat.

Many years ago, I pulled to the side of the road and snapped a shot as my odometer went to 100k (it was a german car and read "100,000". The Ford that I have 329,000 on is no fun to look at 'cause -in the great American style- it only reads 29k.

Anyway most all of my vehicles have been well into the 100's. Feels kinda weird driving this Cummins around with only 58,000 on it. Gimme a couple of years.

100,000

Glad you joined the club steve,my 12 valve went over 3 weeks ago!have a couple more years to go on the 02 to get there. :D

Hey Steve so is that what you figured out is adding on about 8% for oversized tires? I have 33" 12. 5's and I was told to add 7-10%. So that would mean I am seeing better milage then too. Right now I am getting about 20. 5 mpg empty. I got 78k and closing on 100k fast.

Actually, on my truck it's right at 10% which I verified over a 100 mile run on the freeway as well as comparing to other peoples speedo's. I bought the truck with 24,000 miles on it and put the larger tires on then so the first 24,000 miles were actual and the last 76,000 were 10% over the displayed mileage.
