On my way home Friday, I stopped and noticed that I had fuel leaking from the engine. When I opened the hood and looked while the engine was running, I had a steady stream of fuel spraying from the fuel supply line that goes from the fuel filter to the side of the injection pump. This is the hard line that you have to remove before you pull the cover off the AFC when installing the TST plate. Carl Burger Dodge wanted $127. 00 and would not have it 'til Monday. Cummins Cal Pacific in El Cajon had it for $60. 00. The new line was no longer a hard line, it had a hard line on both ends and about 6 inches of stainless steel braided line in the middle. Being that the new design is flexible, it's much easier to replace than the original. Fortunately I was able to get it repaired so we could pull the 5'ver and take a camping trip that I had scheduled for the weekend.
