We all know the old way to make a set of high performance injectors was to have them extruded honed? Force that high viscosity abrasive fluid through them to increase their size and that this was the equivalent to 100,000 miles of wear put on them while they were still 'new'.

Sooo... If I have 100,000 miles on a set of Stage 2s..... do I now have myself a set of Stage 3s? Or 2. 5 or what?

I removed the EZ and the fueling box (Ottomind) and I'm STILL putting out a lot of smoke:D Not that I'm complaining, just wondering.

Damnit just buy some jammers and quit worrying about it. It is possible to take an extrude honed tip and put it on a brand new injector body.

DonM cant respond on here because he hasn't been a member for some time. If you want input from him you need to go to the DTR or NWBOMBERS.

The science and R&D behind extrude honing injectors is knowing what pressures and what media to run through them. Depending on the nozzle material (there are different ones out there), that may also call for different processes. :)
