Hey MD & W VA - Harpers Ferry - Assateague info

Me and my girl are heading down for the Firehouse Expo in Baltimore next week and we are going to leave early to hit Chincoteague & Assateague island. Then after Baltimore hit Harpers Ferry area.



Anyone have any info on what to do and where to go. Have an Idea just wanted some opinions.

Any TDR members in the area.

Next week would be fine but you would not want to go to Chincoteague & Assateague during the week of the 24th unless you want to see the ponies swim. Wall to wall people that week. Do a search, there is alot of info on line. Places to stay, restaraunts, etc. If your planning outdoor activities, take bug repellant. Skeeter's will take you away. I am not up to date on Baltimore or Harper's Ferry.
