I wish you were in this area..... sounds like you are just as addicted as I am. I sometimes wonder what the he11 I'm doing in college when there something out there that I am so passionate about.

I am confident that some day I will be at the level of these "gurus". I'm not sure if I will ever surpass them as they will continue to learn also, however I WILL be there.

I sometimes wonder that as well... .

What on this great green earth am I doin' in college when I could be out there making HP??!!

Well, hopefully with a 2nd degree... I'll be able to better finance my addiction!!

Keep in touch!! Us CTD fanatics need to stay close!!

Hey guys, I'm right behind yall.

I'll be wrenching away on my own truck, putting on easy HP upgrades.

I love my truck, I love the Cummins.

My 24V truck isn't as BOMBable by a DIYer but, as long as theres a passion theres a way. Isn't that what Marco is doing by creating performance ECM's for us 24V'ers?

See ya on the Flip side.

In a perfect world, I'd be living somewhere other than the dern Northeast... ... Folks around here like driving their Camaro's and Mustang's... . and the diesel folk that are around here keep 'em stock to preserve warranties. I say: Bah! Humbug!

Matt

Matt,

That's when you tweek your diesel to out run the cameros and mustangs. To tell you the truth diesels aren't really that fun to race against anymore:eek: :D

I like racing pretty much everything.....

When I was towing across these lovely states that comprise the single greatest country in the world..... I found myself in competition with class-8 trucks.

I was in a Y2K 4x4 24V-CTD Dually and towing about 6000#... . so it didn't sweat too bad at all pulling up the hills inbetween Chicago and Boston... ...

We stopped for fuel at a truck stop and a trucker came over to us and complimented how we were able to keep up and said that he was impressed. I was kinda in a daze after being asleep in the passenger seat for a while and my buddy just said: "thanks!"

Race what ya' brung!
