October 14-15 DHRA Texas Diesel Nationals (Nowel Thomas World Finals)-sled pulling, drag racing, dyno, vendors, burnout competition, show-n-shine, DHRA Do my Diesel and the first ever DHRA Barn Bash after hours party! Oo.

Saturday will be open drag racing and sled pulling- come hook to the sled and/or run down the drag strip for fun. We will have DHRA DieselPower! Sled Pulling pros on site to help you learn the sport and possibly increase your distance and confidence for Sunday's competition sled pull.

On Sunday come out to see the Pro Diesel Series finals and DieselPower! Drag Racing Shootout. Watch Pro Street Champion Darren Morrison defend his title or participate in our open ET Bracket race.

Also witness 4 DHRA Modified, and 4 Super Street sled pullers including 2005 DieselPower! Sled Pulling Series champion Kent Crowder and the world famous Scheid Pulling Truck! All this action at Houston Raceway Park in October-plan on being there! :D

Who are the 4 modified pullers that are supposed to be there and who are the 4 super street pullers?

I haven't started making calls yet Straley, are you in for Super Street?

I'll tell you in October if I'm in. Thats 18 hrs one way from here. Right now put me down for IRP, Schied, and the 2 in Kentucky.

Hey Funderburgh, its the promoters bro, not hte trucks; we have one for next year already booked.

Straley, there's more to it, but if you are only going to make 4 out of 11 pulls, don't worry about it.

Just got word, Haisley's will be raffling off tickets for two spectators to ride in their modified trucks: Off Constantly and Rock Hard Ram at this event! All proceeds will go to charity.

I may make them all, I have rooms booked for every one, but the price of fuel and local pulls play a role in where I will be going. You say there is more to it? Incentives, fuel money? Call me and let me know what you have in mind.

Say, is there any sleds in Texas, or do we need to bring one?

We'd better bring one. They might import one from Nevada, which would make all the midwest pullers look bad. :D :D
