It was Baja Tanning in West Duluth's Denfeld shopping center. Seems that the owner had cameras in the ceiling aimed at the changing rooms and tanning beds. From what I heard, whenever he would have female clients in tanning, he'd leave an employee to run the salon and he'd go lock himself in his office and molest himself.
