Does anyone have a part number listing of the Parker-Hannafin Banjo Fittings to increase the fuel flow to the VP-44? We have a Cummins diesel at the school where I work that my students would like to modify. Thanks for your help.

genos garage they are listed in your tdr book. they raised my psi about 2 psi all around was about 35. 00. plus shippingi also just replaced my lift pump at about 60000 miles it raised my psi a whole lot. no lower than 10psi at w. o. t. thanks

viacase, I just talked to Genos this afternoon about the banjo fittings. He told me they had no reliable information the fittings improved fule pressure. Perhaps you should send them a report.

The banjos that the bolts go through between the lift pump and the fuel filter are the biggest restriction in the system. The restriction is the 1/8"id on the hose barb end of the banjos located on the outlet of the transfer pump and the inlet to the fuel filter. You will see a larger increase in fuel pressure by replacing this section than if you replaced all the banjos. Call Rod at Wildcat and order his -8 fittings and hose. In my opinion the high flow banjos cant get the job done when the inside diameter of the hose barb on the banjo fitting has one hole about the same size as any one of the four small holes in a banjo bolt.

While you're at it, order the MaxFlow kit from Wildcat and replace all the low pressure lines and banjos... .

Yep, get the AN style fittings. The banjo bolt isn't the big restriction, it's the banjo fitting at the end of the stock line at the VP44.
