HI. My name is John, and it has been 3. 5 years since I drove a Chevy... . (Everybody... Hi John 
) Since 98, I have had over 83K miles of trouble free driving, and I cant remember any service managers name. Since I got a Dodge, I have been able to remove the dealers phone number and the wreckers number off speed dial, and I no longer have to carry a folder full of work orders. It hasnt been an easy time though..... My wife keeps telling me that she wants a Surburban. But thanks to the TDR, I have been able to hold firm, and not go back to the dark side. Now that my wife is going to get a Powerstroke Excursion, I feel free from the General Monsters that have been tempting my family to stay on a first name relationship with every service manager in town
