This '18 Laramie CC Laramie 4x4 is newest vehicle I've driven/owned since my '03 3500 Laramie Sport QC 4x4. Are there any hidden features on these trucks? Is it possible to add the SRT apps on the Uconnect by downloading? I haven't tried stopping the seat belt chime using the same trick for older Ram's, does it work with the keyless push button ignition?

If you want to do some tweaks....

Search out the AlphaOBD ($49) threads, it's a software where you can enable some neat stuff.

You might need the security bypass harness ($25) for the '18, and a OBD ($20-$90) reader, to make some changes you typically need your pin from the dealer, or can also get the app($15) for the phone to read that as well.

I got my security harness set up from Morris4x4center, it's a really nice set up for $25.

That looks like a guy could quickly get in over his head tweaking "options" that few years ago were only available through the dealership. I have to have one! I do have a question, is the Alpha OBD the reader? I looked on amazon and saw several Alpha readers, most did not appear to be hand held readers like my other code readers. Any chance of having the model number? I didn't see one for $49, doesn't mean I overlooked it.

To get rid of the seat belt chime the ignition must be in the run position engine off. Unbuckle and rebuckle driver side belt 3 times in 10 seconds ending with the seat belt buckled. When you turn the ignition off you should hear a chime.

Get on Amazon and order the Kiwi 3 bluetooth OBD2 adapter. It's fairly priced and works well. I personally ordered the Kiwi 4 for $129 just because it is a faster reader.
