I found out how to do it.

Jumper pin 87 of relay 62 (fog light relay)

to pin 87 of relay 73 (park light relay)

Both relays are in the fuse box, so it is a very short jumper.

There is a thread over on DTR complete with photos.

With this jumper, anytime the park lights are on, the fog lights are on.

Of course, it wouldn't have to be a direct jumper. You COULD run a wire from each relay to a switch on the dash. Personally, I don't see the need for the switch, but some folks might.

That would mean you can't run your low beams without fogs... right? It's illlegal (here at least) to run fog lights when it isn't foggy and the cops will really hassel you about it. No thanks, I'll stick to the bright box.

FWIW I did the "fogzilla" 9005 upgrade last night and it looks really promising. The low beams don't show me much I couldn't alredy see with the fogs. Add in the high beams and it get's really dark when you have to turn it all off for oncoming traffic.

You could if you wired in the switch.

I may add the switch just in case I run into that problem while tralveling in other states

Check out www.thebritebox.com for a lot of info. They have a less expensive box to do the fog lights with high beams on, and a high end setup that does "everything. " The Fogzilla is also worthwhile as it makes it easier to use 9005 high beams in the fog lamp housings instead of the stock 9006 low beams.

[edited url, thanks Tom]

I have been trying to find a list of "britebox"dealers so I could find the best price for the "less expensive box".

So far I have not had any luck, so I guese I'll just have to put a switch on my jumper wire, and leave it like that.

As a matter of fact, the ONLY place I can find that sells the britebox is GENO'S. and they only list the more expensive one that also controls the low beams

I had the same problem in looking for brite box sellers, even brite box's own website does not list prices except for the 9006 to 9005 conversion kit. does anybody know what the Fogster SD costs and where to get it?
