High Boost Launch

I was wondering how you guys do a high boost launch with a manual transmission.

Line Lock? Or if your feet are coordinated and sized right, you can toe the brake and use your heel to throttle it up.

Can't really. Most guys with the good clutches will leave in 3rd. Hold the clutch in, mat the throttle, then slip the clutch out. It will make boost pretty quick.
