Well, I could tone it down some and have been running these numbers for a while now, but I see about 39-40lbs. and 1300-1500* when flooring it onto the freeway. The EGTs vary depending on when I shift to fifth, but that is about what I see when I shift.
I could turn the boost down some to get it back in the efficency range but I have messed with the wastegate rod and my elbow but nothing seemed to change it.

I was real stumped as to why it never changed much, I even removed the boost elbow and ran just a 1/8" NPT barbed fitting with 1/4" tubing over to the wastegate and it still didn't change it. The wastegate isn't stuck or anything, it seems to operate fine I just can't get anything lower than 39-40, so I just left it alone. I am going to some 370s or something more efficent but same amount of fuel and a B1 soon, so maybe when the 35 is off the engine then I can inspect the turbine more closely for any reasons as to why it wouldn't change much.
