I am noticing the boost fluctuating when between 23-27psi and part throttle no load. you can hear the turbo speeding up and slowing down. Also It seems to get to 1450-1500 deg pretty easy, 3/4 throttle accelerating gets to 1400+, smarty set at #4 tnt w/stock timing, my 12v didn't get that hot that easy. What the heck would they hit if I put the smarty on level 10??? Bone stock 98 w/holley blue, 4"exhaust, BHAF, Smarty TNT on #4w/stock timing, waste-gate on. I want to turn it up but cant with these EGT's.

so just put a better 4" inlet filter on your current setup :)

but your boost fluctuation is most likely a rail pressure fluctuation due to the Smarty program you're running

The even # settings don't add any timing and will run hotter. Try an odd # setting and see what it does.

I was told my situation was a fluke... my truck was doing the same thing when I put my Smarty on, I was to re-download the program, after that, it was fine... worth a try.

it doesn't happen if I set my rail pressure to wild, but then my cruising rail pressure is a little higher than my liking, so I just live with it/drive around it.

I have loaded multiple softwares and they've all done it unless I jack the rail pressure.

I think my twins might have something to do with it

The TNT software is not for a stock truck :-laf I would be looking for more air, both in and out. Or just go back down to the std revo.

Bob 4X4,

In the book for the TNT software it clearly states that their hp. settings were achieved on a Bone stock truck meaning stock intake and exhaust. I have a holley blue lift pump and a BHAF and 4" exhaust. Has been running much cooler and seems quit a bit stronger since I set it at #5 with modified timing.

I think it is more like the Revo is for stock the tnt is MORE
