High Idle Do I have it or not

The other day I got out of my truck a 04. 5 600 that has been reflashed with the 18-037-04 and as I was standing there it ramped up to 1000 rpm and I then tapped the brake and it went down to 750 rpm. Is there something other than the reflash that causes this? I had an 03 that did this also

Actually, that's normal, not related to the TSB, our 04. 5 has done the same at low enough temps after idling for a minute or two. The high idle enabled by the TSB involves using the cruise control. At idle, with the trans in neutral or park, hit the cruise button as if you wanted to turn on the cruise control. RPM should jump to about 1000. You can bump the RPM by hitting the set button (I think that's the button). It will increase RPM to about 1500 max. Turn high idle off by hitting the cancel button. This is from memory (and that may not be sayng much), but i hope it helps.
