Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) High idle issues

I have a 2001 3/4 ton 4x4 5.9 cummins 6 speed. A couple days ago the idle jumped to 1200 and then last night it was at 1900. Truck has Fass fuel system and an edge chip. I can't find any reason why it would be idling high. Ambient temperature last night was about 60 for. Any suggestions

First completely unhook the edge and see if problem continues.

Is there any chance gas was put in the tank?

If it had gas in it it normally rattles and or runs rough.I think I would connect up the Cummins made stand alone box that removes the vehicle electronics from the injection pump.This has 2 settings only-idle and a bit higher.You should be able to toggle back and forth and see it respond correctly.If you still see the 1900 rpm replace the injection pump,
