Tile Guys... need some help!

Dent repair kits........

My wife purchased a 95 Dodge Neon brand new and it now has 271K miles on it. 2 door coupe 5 spd. 38 mpg overall average on life of car with road trip milage hitting 42 mpg on occasion. Got a new reman long block at 201k due to a water pump pulley coming off at 75 mph and POW went valves and pistons. Still runs great and is in excellent condition yet.

Started this thread to see what everyone else has for vehicles with high miles.

'89 Toyota 4 Runner

Currently has approximately 300k miles on her. Sister bought it new back in 89. Head has never been off, A/C blows cold, doesn't use or leak any oil. Took it off her hands a few years back when I sold her one of my customers cars, she thought she was going to trade it in for next to nothing on something else !! :p And the current Ram in sig, sitting at 135. 7k as I type this !! With more problems then the Toy ever had !!!!!! :(

i have an 88 nissan 200sx v8 with about 800k on her, original motor. it knocks, pings, and smoke, but still runs. my 86 volvo 740 turbo has 360k on it and runs low 13's in the 1/4. hehehe

1968 chevy C10 my dad bought it when new. It had 410,000 miles on the original engine and transmission when he gave it to me. The engine finally gave up on me then the transmission gave out when I put the 396 big block in it. I don't know the current mileage because it quit working when i changed the transmission... ... . but i haven't put more than 100,000 on it since he gave it to me.

I sold a member on here TravisG a 97 cummins/ram with (at the time) 245k on the clock. I would think it has tobe pushing 300K by now. maybe he'll chime in?!?

Sons 99 2500 has around 190,000 on it. He has big tires on it so it might be more. Sold my little Hond Civic VW about 5 yrs ago and I think it had around 150,000 replaced it with a VW NB TDI traded it in with 96,000 and got 06 Honda Civic only about 7300 on it now. Truck on has a little over 60,000.

202,000 miles on my 1996. I have had the truck since new. Never been past the front cover (to check dowel pin) and valve covers (to check. adjust). Still has original water pump, starter, alternator, radiator, hoses. Adjusted valves once at around 100,000. It is FAR from stock (no cam plate, disabled waste gate, stock turbo and can make 40+# of boost)!! Dam good engine and pretty good truck too. Has original brake rotors, never turned, only removed to replace front universal joints. Rear brakes had original shoes until I swapped out rearend to convert to 3500. Replaced 5th gear/nut at about 70,000 miles and clutch at about 185,000.

Got about 165,000 miles on my 1998 work truck.

A friend has right at 300,000 on his 2003! Just replaced the clutch. Only problem he had before that was he had to replace the ECM.

My wife has a 2000 Hyundai Elantra with 170000 miles on it. Has been very trouble free, oil changes, air filters, a couple of sets of plugs, one set of tires, and one timing belt, uses no oil and still has original brakes!

Wish the Ram that we got 2 months later was that trouble free.

2000 Ram 2500 4x4 quadcab with 218,xxx

1997 Ram 2500 4x4 clubcab with 232,xxx

I once went to a car auction in Wisconsin and seen a 1988 Olds 88 front wheel drive with a 3800 engine showing 830,000 or around there and had almost zero rust on it. You could tell it was the original engine because of all the funky noises it made when it ran and the damn thing brought almost 1000 bucks 5 years ago.

I plan on running at least my 2000 until it reads 1,000,000 even if it needs rebuilt before then.

My dad still drives my first truck, 1987 Dodge Ram 150. Has the old reliable 3. 7 liter slant six, original transmission, engine's never been opened up. I think the valve cover gasket was replaced at about 100k. It has 200k on it now. It's getting weak(I think the massive 1 barrel carb needs to be adjusted but no one knows how to work on a 1 barrel) but it doesn't burn oil, leak or anything. It's never failed to start. It's first 100k was put on at an electric co-op so it's had a rough first half of life.

Wifes 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport has 113xxx. Pretty trouble free. Had the timing belt replaced at 98K just cause I was getting ready to take it cross country.

My Ram has... ... . Ahem... ... ... ... Well... ... ... ... ..... 2. 5k miles :D Planning on keeping it till it dies though!!!!

I Have An 82 Gmc 6. 2l Diesel 1500 Pick-up That Has Over 300,k On It But My Speedo Cable Broke At 298,000. Still Starts And Runs Strong. Looks Like Hell Though.
